I stayed at this hotel for two days in Room 503 and 504. Despite a promised early check-in over the phone, they charged an extra 6400 during checkout. The manager was rude, stating our rooms were only for a 23-hour check-out and insisting we should have left by 7 am. It's advisable to get everything in writing before booking due to their dishonesty and arrogant culture. I won't recommend or revisit because of their cheating mentality and illogical behavior.

Rooms are big and clean, No free water bottle , it is chargeable , bathroom accessories not provided , only gel soap available , Breakfast is very average ( only Idly ,Dosa ,suji halwa and Bread butter with tea , no other thing is available. Dinner : Vegetable was ok but Chapati was too cold to eat ,one can eat with icecream. Overall average for one day stay but if you want more than one day go to another hotel except Allum which is good but management is worst

Stayed in this hotel for a night on a business trip. It is centrally located, good property in terms of infrastructure but poor maintenance. Rooms were not clean, no professional trained staff. Buffet breakfast is on 2nd floor through a different entrance and it is not properly indicated, One is supposed to get a coupon for B/F. Reception never gave us the coupons and when we went to B/F room, staff was very rude. Refused to give B/F without coupon. Not much spread. Terrible food. Will never go back to this place.

I regularly travel bellary on y business trips. Stay in this hotel for 3days. Good staying front desk is very strict about the exit timing, if we ate by one hour we will be charged. Hotel is close to all locations and requirements. Good staff and nice tasty food.with attach bar. And to strengthen free you have spa. Breakfast menu needs to be improved with taste and quality. Little more varieties need to be added.
